REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY

Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Vendange you will be allowed to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value (Or pay in the difference for something more expensive) within 14 days. You will return the goods to Vendange head office located at our physical retail store at Design Quarter shopping centre in Fourways Johannesburg at your own cost. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be authorised by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days. Any shipping costs for items wanting to be exchanged need to be incurred by the customer.
