Returns & Exchanges

Should you wish to return any item(s) purchased from Vendange, you may exchange the goods for another product of the same value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

All returns must be approved in writing by the original purchaser and authorised by Vendange before the item is returned.

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase, in an unused and undamaged condition, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
